Delivery and product return



Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are not included in the item price. Fees will vary according to the weight and delivery address. Transport fees are paid by the customer.

The transport fee will always be clearly shown before your order is validated.

For delivery inside the European Union, you will not be liable for duty. For outside the European Union, import duties will have to be paid to the carrier upon receipt of your package.

Delivery time

We deliver by courier to your chosen address. You will be required to sign for your delivery. We will not deliver to PO box address. Please choose a delivery address where someone you know is available to receive goods during the day. The delivery time of your order will depend upon a number of factors. We will always quote an approximate delivery time at the end of the order process. (Not an exact day)

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
If there is nobody to receive your delivery, a written notice will be placed in your mail box and another delivery will be organized upon your phone call to the carrier.
You will be advised by an e mail as soon as we give your order to the carrier.
In case of a claim, the customer must clearly note the problem in writing on the delivery note within 24 hours after the delivery. Alternatively claims can be made by registered mail, in writing, with acknowledgment to the attention of The French Tailor.

Returns

You have 7 days (from the delivery date of the article) to return goods. The ‘returning product notice’ should be completed either by E mail or by registered letter with acknowledgement (full details of why the item is unsatisfactory). In case of exchange or refund, return the new articles in their original packing, without tears, together with all the related accessories, and documentation to the address provided by The French Tailor France.

Returns are not possible in the case of a tailor made items order.

If the return is valid, The French Tailor France will refund the money paid by the customer, excluding the freight charge and other expenses like (taxes, custom taxes) generated by the article return. Under normal circumstances a refund will be paid in a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the product.
